Mr. Kamal Kishore Sarda
Kamal Kishore Sarda, born on 12 June, 1952, did his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (formerly Vishveshvarya Regional College of Engineering), Nagpur, MH, India. He has also taken courses in Strategic Management and Human Resources from IIM, Ahmedabad and XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Mr. Sarda has over three decades of experience in the iron and steel industry and investment sector.
He is associated with the Friends of Tribal Society in the capacity of Vice President of the Raipur chapter and was the Ex-Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chhattisgarh Chapter.
Mr. Saurabh Rathi
Mr. Saurabh Rathi is a Wholetime Director of the Company. He is a Post Graduate in Agriculture science (Delhi) from PUSA University in year 2007 and had achieved Junior Research Fellowship from Government of India. He is a gold medalist in Bachelor of Science (Indira Gandhi Agriculture University) for the year 2005.
He has more than 9 Years of experience In the field of agriculture.
Mrs. Pooja Rathi
Mrs. Pooja Rathi, aged 38 years, has done graduation in B. Com and Post graduation in M.A. (Economics) from Nagpur University. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and currently working as a full time Company Secretary and has experience of more than 9 years in the area of secretarial compliance and due diligence as a Company Secretary.
She is also been associated for more than three years with MATS University, Raipur as subject expert faculty.
Mr. Asit Kumar Basu
Mr.Asit Kumar Basu was born on 24th August 1949 and has done BME. He was EX-Chief General Manager at Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). With his rich experience of over forty years in the field of finance he provides his expertise to the Board on financial matters related to the Company.
Mr. Anant Sarda
Mr. Anant Sarda has done his B.Sc Engineering from Purdue University, Indiana, USA in 2016. He worked for a short duration at Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. in grade E3 – Engineer. He has completed his MBA from London Business School UK in 2021.
